Cuprum diu ad ornandum adhibitum est. Propter flexibilitatem et resistentiam corrosionis, superficiem nitentem et structuram firmam habet. Facile coloratur agentibus chemicis. Late adhibitum est in fabricandis ianuis, fenestris, vestibus, ornamentis, tectis, parietibus et cetera.
